Dementia is a disease that is constantly researched. There are many types of dementia, such as Alzehimer’s, Vascular, and Lewy Body. I would like for the audience to get the basic understanding of what dementia is as well as how Neuroscientists believe that physical sports is good in reference to memory performance.

Synopsis:

Sports is good for memory performance. Neuroscientists believe that through the action of endocannabinoids, molecules that increase synaptic plasticity, it is beneficial from reducing of memory loss. I consider this a new discovery because this particular research that can better identify and move a step forward into the understanding of this terrible disease.
